The Role:


As a Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. To find new business, to establish relationships that are to be nurtured in order to grow the business. To ensure that a courteous and efficient service is provided to stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Maintain relationships with key industry players.

Acquiring new business.

Developing existing business from existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives.

As per the agreed business plan, you will be required to meet your agreed sales targets.

Set up meetings with potential and existing clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, including a weekly sales calls record.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
***:

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
***:

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Ensure all administrative requirements are in line with company requirements.

Ensure participation in personal development activities.

Requirements:
Matric certificate

Own vehicle

Drivers License

High level of MS Office proficiency

5 years of

external sales experience

(on the road)

Strong relationships within the corporate market, like:

Banking,

Finance & Auditing,

Airlines,

Motor industry,

Logistics and Distribution industry clients,

Mining and minerals,

Engineering and contraction would be beneficial.

Salary Structure:


R31,160 per month

R600 cellphone

50% pension

50% medical aid

13th Cheque
