    Description

    Internal Sales Representative - Hydraulics Sector

    Location: Kempton Park

    We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, possess a Grade 12 qualification, exceptional communication skills, and a strong proficiency in computer usage. Previous knowledge in hydraulics would be a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently handle and address customer inquiries and needs.
    • Research and propose suitable product options based on various factors.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product database and pricing details.
    • Provide detailed quotations to customers via phone or written communication.
    • Communicate pricing, discounts, and product availability adhering to company policies.
    • Monitor shipments and manage back orders for on-time delivery.
    • Manage customer complaints and returns following company protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Sales.
    • Background in hydraulics would be advantageous (training available).

    Salary Range: R12,000 – R13,000 per month, inclusive of pension and medical aid benefits.

    Location: Kempton Park (On-site position)
