Description

A vacant position needs to be filled for a Junior Sales Manager in the Sales Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Creating sales plans
Providing training to subordinates
Identification of sales goals
Managing, maintaining and growing key accounts
Recruitment and hiring of staff
Performance management of team members and ensuring targets are met
Motivation of subordinates
Establishing and maintaining customer relations

Requirements:

A proven management experience in the FMCG Retail and Food Services sector
Some business acumen, understanding the costs and breakeven scenarios of customer service delivery
Should be prepared to work 80% of his/her time in the trade
Good planning and time management skills
Must have own vehicle and be prepared to travel the whole of Gauteng
Should have at a diploma/degree in Sales
