We're looking for
A professional who knows how to run a store's department and is able to implement new control system methods. Handle the logistics side of things, collections and deliveries. Control and Handle vehicle fleet.

What's the role?

You will be responsible for:


  • Reconciling and capturing stock transferred to customers and inhouse
  • Inspecting contents to ensure they are not damaged
  • Stock control of products
  • Scheduling delivery/collection
  • Assisting with stocktake execution when required
  • Ensuring that customer complaints are treated as a priority and resolved to everyone's satisfaction as and when required.
  • Evaluating complaints daily and escalating any serious complaints to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
  • Liaising with all relevant internal contacts on a daily and weekly basis to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
  • Housekeeping in the warehouse, ensuring areas are well maintained, always neat, and tidy as well as being free of safety hazards at all times.
  • Complying with the company's safety instructions and legislative requirements.
  • Ensuring that the store's gates are always kept locked and that no unauthorized personnel have access to these areas.

Boxes to tick

  • Matric
  • 3+ years experience as a storeman/store manager
  • Relevant Qualifications are advantageous
