Debtors, Invoicing and Bookings Clerk - Nelspruit / Mbombela

Minimum Requirements:


  • Lodge / hotel / hospitality experience (must have)
  • Experience with 40room lodge/hotel
  • Handling of 30x Debtors accounts
  • Calculating of wages and overtime
  • Invoicing semper software (beneficial)
  • Sending out accounts
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Handling and making of bookings
  • Calculating of wages and overtime

Working hours:


  • 10am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays and
  • Every alternate Saturday & Sunday from 7am to 3pm

Starting date:

June 2024.


Starting Salary:

R17,000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience).
