Purpose: The role of Rental and Sales Executive involves growing the rental fleet business through effective sales and rental strategies. As the face of the company, this position requires actively seeking new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
Previous track record in sales or rentals within construction, real estate, or mining sectors
Profound understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Strong skills in negotiation and contract management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel as required.
Hybrid role involving office and field work, including regular visits to client sites and company locations.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments and on-site inspections.

Starting Salary:

Competitive base salary with additional commission
