Description
This position is based in Germiston and requires someone who is knowledgeable with the administration around buying and purchasing of goods


1.
Stock Orders

  • Processing and ordering Stock from Suppliers to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels
  • Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively
  • Informing relative departments of order confirmations ETA's and out of stock
  • Updating ETA dates on orders in the system

2.
Procurement Administration

  • Updating price lists
  • Updating Supplier details
  • Assisting warehouse, freight, PS and Finance with queries
  • Requesting credit note, debit notes from supplier
  • Receiving in stock for warehouse on new process
  • Validating POD's
  • Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPI's
  • Ad Hoc Duties

3.
Reports

  • Updating back order report with ETA's and notes
  • Ordering schedule update

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
