The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all the supply chain systems this will include but not be limited to: system rollout, maintenance, system upgrades, analysis, and optimization of processes.

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst must continuously improve and optimize processes and systems creating an environment where staff can perform at peak levels.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Implementation, support, coordination and analysis of the Warehouse Management System and Planning Tool
  • Developing a strategic plan for WMS and Planning systems according to established goals.
  • Ensure that related hardware, software and other components are properly selected, developed, implemented, tested and deployed for WMS and Planning tool.
  • In conjunction with the IT, responsible for the timeous implementation and roll out of WMS across the Warehouses within Grandmark
  • In conjunction with the Planning team, responsible for the timeous implementation and roll out of Planning tool within Grandmark
  • Supervise the inventory processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock
  • Implementing or improving processes and procedures on the WMS and Planning tool.
  • Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
  • Performing random checks and audits
  • Manage theoretical stock on hand balances between Syspro and Ador
  • WMS and Planning tool Project Management
  • Act as project manager and ensure the successful and timeously completion of new WMS projects and projects related to Planning, including integration of third party products where applicable, roll of new features, etc.
  • Ensure that proper training and rollout is implemented throughout the company for all projects.
  • Project manage implementation of user requirements and enhancements on WMS and Planning tool including the setup, configuration, testing and training thereof.
  • Manage external consultant's time and activities on projects outsourced to them.

Minimum requirements:


  • 3 Year Bdegree or equivalent NQF level (7) qualification in Computer Information Systems specializing in Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 35 Years of previous workrelated skill, knowledge, or experience on WMS.
  • Previous workrelated skill, knowledge, or experience on WMS (Ador), ERP systems and planning tool
  • SQL knowledge and writing of queries is essential.
  • Business Intelligence experience would be advantageous.

Salary:
R58, R75,000.00 per month

  • Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
