Main Purpose of position

To provide excellent support to the CSO:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for following functions

SALES ADMIN:


  • Answering customer queries (daily).
  • Following up on customer complaints (ad hoc).
  • Opening of customer cards & maintaining records (ad hoc).
  • Updating CRM system (daily).
  • Raising of quotations (daily).
  • Processing of sales orders (daily).
  • Ensuring that orders are accurately priced and labelled (ad hoc).
  • Tracking of back orders (weekly).
  • Sending of commercial invoices and freight quotes (ad hoc).
  • Liaising with the Supply Depot Team to ensure that orders are picked & packed timeously (daily).
  • Planning & coordination of orders through the supply chain despatch, logistics and delivery (ongoing)
  • Priority order tracker (daily).
  • International order tracker (every Tuesday).
  • Issuing of returns (daily).
  • Point of sale ordering & management (ad hoc).
  • Maintenance & management of showroom (ongoing).

Minimum requirements

  • Sales Administration 3+ years
  • Proven Sales, Marketing and Operations experience in local markets.
  • Proven Sales, Marketing and Operations experience in international markets.
  • Matric
  • Diploma is sales or marketing
  • Advantageous.
