Our client in the FMCG space is looking for a great Procurement Manager to join their team.Responsibilities:
- Delivering a professional and focused purchasing function to two Commercial operations (Poultry);
- Supplier Vetting and compliance;
- Store and Stock control management for both engineering and packaging/ingredient;
- Contract and Tender processes for commercial and agricultural divisions;
- Packaging/Ingredients purchasing and demand planning;
- Ensuring good governance and internal controls in all procurement processes;
- Quality Assurance and QSR certification compliance for stores;
- New product development;
- Driving cost savings and efficiency projects in the procurement environment;
- Adhoc assignments;
- Adhere to and maintain 20 Keys within the department.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma / B degree Purchasing Management;
- Minimum 5 years Purchasing Management experience, preferably within a large food production/ FMCG environment;
- Operational knowledge of Purchasing Information systems is advantageous;
- Must have a proven track record at senior managerial level as a driven and extremely ethical individual able to work under constant pressure.
