Job title -Training: Quality Assurance Officer


Looking for a flexible individual that is able to multi-task and can work within an ambitious, fast moving environment, whilst also driving towards clarity and solutions; demonstrating resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding people and systems.


Minimum Qualifications or skills requirements:


  • Holder of a Higher Diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification in ODETDP
  • Minimum of 13 years in Further Education and Training environment
  • Moderator training
  • Computer literate (Intermediate to Advanced skills)
  • Business Writing and Communication skills
  • Database Management and data capturing skills
  • Knowledge of tools concepts and methodologies of Online Learning Systems
  • SETA Systems knowledge will be
    added advantage:
  • Moodle Online Learning platform knowledge will be
    added advantage

Duties:


  • Induct learners on the structure and purpose of a POE (online and physical filling)
  • Prepare, check and monitor document collection processes for Electronic and physical Portfolio of evidence development.
  • Quality Assurance of learner Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
  • Quality Assure the submission of Unit Standards/Modules and submit for moderation
  • Review moderation reports and implement recommendations
  • Ongoing monitoring and Quality Assurance of E-learning Google drive folders
  • Support and assist Quality Assurance team in verification, monitoring, reaccreditation and site audit preparation needed
  • Conduct generic and internal moderation
  • Plan, prepare and conduct SETA verifications
  • Mentor interns as required
  • Register learner on seta databases

Job Types:

Salary:
R7,000.00 per month
