We're looking for
An extremely friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Guest relations or Airbnb host.

You have good organizational and time management skill
You're able to work in a fast pace environment
You have good customer service skills

You're able to stay calm under pressure
You're a good team player
You have good motivating skills

What's the role?

You will be responsible for:

Providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Being hospitable, welcoming, and providing accurate and uptodate information about the home and surrounding area.
Greeting guests upon arrival and providing key information about the area, and help guests with any questions they may have.
Making sure guests are aware of local amenities and attractions.
Providing clean sheets and towels, as well as making sure the apartment is in clean condition at all times (this will be done by our cleaners but the person has to check on them and report to us if not up to standard).
Keeping your calendar up to date.

Relevant qualification
Working experience in Hospitality industry advantageous
Must Have your own car and reliable transport
Excellent computer skills
Must have your own laptop
Working hours are as follows:
_ 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday, including your lunch breaks. You will be required to be available on your cell phone during working hours and in the event of emergencies._

- _ The starting and finishing times will be:_
- _ Monday to Friday (09:00) to (18:00) hrs._
- _ In addition, your normal working hours will include working every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday)._
- _ In the event of guests check in or outs and part of your inherent requirements, you will be required to attend to those when you are on duty._
