Job Summary

The main role of an M-KOPA stock controller is to assist customers and sales teams by managing stock distribution and helping customers with troubleshooting and servicing, reporting to the retail team leader.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Handle all stock operations accurately.
  • Reverse Logistics: Manage phone swaps and returns following established procedures.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales acquisition and upgrades.
  • Customer Service: Log and troubleshoot customer issues for prompt resolution.
  • Sales Service: Follow up on phone servicing and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Branding: Maintain depot marketing materials in good condition.


Skills Required

  • Efficiency-focused and improvement-driven approach to tasks.
  • Strong presentation, communication, coaching, and people skills.
  • Effective task planning and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in smartphone use.
  • Knowledge or experience in front office management.


Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer care or inventory management.


Education Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
