PLEASE NOTE:
The roles will be on an interim nature, ie 2-3 months, with a view to extend / convert to permanent after 2-3 months.

The Purpose of your role

Key Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy of invoices received from suppliers (vendors)
Question / escalate findings with relevant departments which include Contracts, Commercial, provisioning and Accounts Payable.
Publish monthly reconciliation to SharePoint for future reference.
Support the existing Supplier Reconciliation team with adhoc projects relating to supplier (vendor) reconciliations.

What good looks like for this role
Requirements for the role

Proven work experience in an Accounts Payable, accounting, finance, or related field
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Lookups and Pivot Tables
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Wat you also need to know

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Hours will be core UK hours (9am 5.30pm)
You'll be working under our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
This is a temporary position with an initial period of 3 Month and a possibility of further extension.

If you proceed past this, then you will have a second follow up interview with one other member of the Executive Leadership Team / management team.
