PLEASE NOTE:
The roles will be on an interim nature, ie 2-3 months, with a view to extend / convert to permanent after 2-3 months.
The Purpose of your role
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of invoices received from suppliers (vendors)
- Question / escalate findings with relevant departments which include Contracts, Commercial, provisioning and Accounts Payable.
- Publish monthly reconciliation to SharePoint for future reference.
- Support the existing Supplier Reconciliation team with adhoc projects relating to supplier (vendor) reconciliations.

Requirements for the role
- Proven work experience in an Accounts Payable, accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Wat you also need to know
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours will be core UK hours (9am 5.30pm)
- You'll be working under our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
- This is a temporary position with an initial period of 3 Month and a possibility of further extension.

If you proceed past this, then you will have a second follow up interview with one other member of the Executive Leadership Team / management team.
