Description

TechQuarters, a fast growing UK-based Cloud IT Services Company, is seeking a full-time, remote Account Manager to provide customer service and sales to our customers.

You'll be working in a small team providing first class account management to SME customers, using our support services and Microsoft solutions.

The role requires that you are able to discuss technical solutions and liaise between the customer and out technical team - you must be very comfortable and well versed in technology - ideally having worked for technology company before.

High energy, friendly nature and good organisational skills are critical, along with enjoying working in a demanding environment where the demands can be intense at times.

Spoken and written English skills are important.

You will need to demonstrate 2+ years of experience of selling complex, consultative products and achieving targets.

Experience in Tech Sector is essential

This is a great opportunity to work with a fun, talented London company (13yrs old this year), which has had a remote work strategy for a number of years and international team.
