Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee and manage HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level technical support for HVAC systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections on completed HVAC projects to ensure they meet industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs, offer technical advice, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services.

Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspection, and replacement of components to prolong equipment life and optimize performance.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment manuals, and project documentation.

Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all HVAC work meets compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, with a track record of successful project management.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and equipment maintenance.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex issues.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and guide a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and addressing their HVAC needs.
