Description
Property Group in the West Coast is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team.


Must reside within the area
Strong admin experience is essential

Working knowledge of rental agreements, fica documentation and associated filing systems

Finance experience will be advantageous (Creditors, Debtors, Recon etc.)

Must be well presented

Excellent Office computer skills

Ability to handle administration for a busy office (+-20 people)

Excellent interpersonal skills.


Salary:
R10, R12,000.00 per month
