Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Provide valuation & advisory services in relation to real estate acquisitions, disposals, financing, insurance, financial reporting, feasibility, and market studies.
Site inspections and measurement of improvements.
Conduct market research to identify comparable evidence.
Perform valuations according to set valuation standards and principles.
Compile valuation reports in terms of set frameworks, guidelines, and templates.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, risk management and compliance procedures.
Adhere to all the valuations regulations and professional standards.
