Duties & responsibilities:


  • Providing general enduser support on hardware & software related requests in a highproduction, corporateoriented company
  • Providing onsite & remote support to the employees of the company
  • Install & configure end users' computer systems
  • Troubleshooting & faultfinding in a sales environment
  • Proactive maintenance of computer systems & related infrastructure
  • General admin and policy compliance

Requirements:


  • Minimum:_
  • Matric
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • A+
  • N+
  • Experience in a helpdesk or internal ITdepartment roles
Above market-related salary.
