Responsibilities:
_

  • Manage the entire recruitment value chain.
  • Conduct research and identify prospective talent through screening and testing procedures within company policies.
  • Handle all administration related to the recruitment process.
  • Develop pipelines and refine search approaches.
  • Source and recruit for a variety of roles within the Sales Team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Build quality talent pipelines using creative and effective sourcing techniques.
  • Focus on hiring while maintaining a highquality hire bar to align with employment goals.
  • Generate weekly recruiting reports.
  • Perform background checks on new hires.

Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work and act independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Efficient networking skills.

Additional Requirements:_

  • Willingness to travel between Gauteng and Western Cape as needed.
