Qualifications:


  • Postmatric qualification in a relevant field of study. ( Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering)
  • 23 years of related experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is highly recommended.

Responsibilities:


  • Accomplish departmental results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Coordinate and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain workflow by monitoring each step of the process.
  • Set processing variables and control points, observing equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor resources and study methods to implement cost reductions.
  • Develop reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
  • Foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
  • Monitor, verify, and validate CCP (Critical Control Points) and OPRPs (Operational Prerequisite Programs).
  • Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and revising schedules.
  • Resolve problems and report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Supervise daytoday quality processes and maintain good GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure the technical system is running efficiently and report nonconformances to the QA Manager.
  • Evaluate performance, recognize and reward excellence.
  • Implement necessary disciplinary measures.
  • Orientate, develop, and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
