Qualifications:

Postmatric qualification in a relevant field of study. ( Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering)
23 years of related experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Computer literate.
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is highly recommended.

Responsibilities:

Accomplish departmental results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.
Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as necessary.
Coordinate and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain workflow by monitoring each step of the process.
Set processing variables and control points, observing equipment and personnel.
Monitor resources and study methods to implement cost reductions.
Develop reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
Foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Monitor, verify, and validate CCP (Critical Control Points) and OPRPs (Operational Prerequisite Programs).
Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and revising schedules.
Resolve problems and report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Supervise daytoday quality processes and maintain good GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure targets are met.
Ensure the technical system is running efficiently and report nonconformances to the QA Manager.
Evaluate performance, recognize and reward excellence.
Implement necessary disciplinary measures.
Orientate, develop, and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
