We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic retail sales consultant to join our team in the retail industry. As a retail sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting merchandise, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Engage and assist customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and effectively communicate features and benefits
Offer personalised recommendations and advice based on customer preferences and needs
Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new merchandise
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Willing to travel
Willing to relocate
