As a direct sales assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences

Requirements:

NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
