Description
1.
Duties will include
- Efficient operations of the switchboard
- Daily processing and filing of GRVs
- Capturing and filing cash ups
- Ordering of stationery and refreshments
- Ordering and issuing of uniform
- Maintain an effective filing system
- Able to work well under pressure and manage tasks effectively
- General administration
2.
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Computer Literate on MS Office
- Knowledge of K8 would be advantageous
- Effective communication including soft skills, with core focus on customer service excellence.
- High attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure in the fastpaced retail environment
- Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and events as per the operational requirements of the store.
NOTE:
This store is a seven-day operation
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
