Duties and responsibilities of the job:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
  • Installing, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems backups and networks
  • In Depth Microsoft 365 Knowledge (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Office Suite)
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remotely)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Be able to work independently and give a report on daily tasks.
  • Assisting in organizing office equipment
  • Knowledge on Unifi Managed Switches & Access Points

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Matric


  • Minimum

  • Comptia A + and N+ (International exam certifications only will be accepted).
  • Any additional qualifications in the relevant field will be a bonus
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good problemsolving skills.
  • Reliable vehicle required to travel out to stores (nonnegotiable)
