AllLife is looking for a
dynamic and committed Retentions Team Leader for our Johannesburg operation in Braampark.

We want someone with a solid background in retaining customers in the life space or insurance space. Someone who is great at fostering a positive and family-oriented work culture.


Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, providing clear guidance, recognizing and rewarding accomplishments, addressing underperformance, and contributing to overall organizational success.


This full-time position demands a leader who can inspire a team, contribute to continuous improvement, and achieve and exceed organizational goals.
