Registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council- Clinical Assessment Treatment & Care (Nurse Clinician)
- NIMART trained and mentored
- Certificate in PC 101/Adult Primary Care and IMCI
- Quality Improvement Advisor Course or other training in QI methodologies
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in working as a professional nurse including work in TB/ HIV/AIDS environment
- Quality Improvement Advisor Course or other training in QI methodologies
- Sound knowledge and understanding of national public health priority programs
- Must have knowledge of and documentation of best practices
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior managers, DOH, partners and funders
- Supervision and project management skills could serve as an advantage
