OUTLINE

Qualification Required:

Matric
FIATA Diploma or related 3year tertiary qualification

Knowledge and Experience:

Technical competence of the role.
Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.
P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, and KPIs.
Previous Africa exposure, minimum 5 years' experience in management.
Excellent and proven negotiation skills

Overall Responsibilities Include:

East Africa expansion strategy
Responsible for the expansion strategy, including preparation of associated business plans.
Secure new business within the East African market. Have an excellent understanding and experience working in the East African Market.
Plan East Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment.
Working with Africa Agency Network.
Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities.
Control Tower.
Manage Projects.
East Africa Product Development.
Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
