We are seeking a Debtors / Inventory Controller for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:***-
Grade 12 with a Diploma / Degree in Accounting
***:
-
2+ years administration experience in the finance environment
***:
-
Proficient in MS Excel (Spreadsheets) and Pastel Evolution
***
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:***-
Oversee debtors function
***:
-
Create debtor accounts and prepare bank details
***:
-
Process credit notes and daily transaction processing
***:
-
Daily credit management
***:
-
Debtors' reconciliation - monthly age analysis & prepare debtor's GL reconciliations
***:
-
Process inventory items and review / authorize stock adjustments
***:
-
Investigate stock adjustments and ensure all open items are maintained
***:
-
Inventory reconciliations

Salary: R per month basic, 13th Cheque, Provident Fund, Medical
