    Description

    Job Title: Procurement Officer

    Position Overview: We seek a Procurement Officer with financial expertise to optimize our supply chain operations. Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiation, and aligning procurement strategies with financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
    2. Assist in procurement activities, including vendor identification and contract management, ensuring cost-effective sourcing.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated supply chain strategies.
    4. Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and drive continuous optimization.
    5. Provide regular reporting to Senior Management on key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:

    1. National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, procurement, and logistics.
    3. Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
    4. Proficiency in data analysis and financial applications.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
