Generalist Recruiter
South Africa's leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector currently has the following opportunity at Head Office.
Key Performance Areas:
- Provide professional, efficient end to end recruitment function to service the business needs
- Build relationships with all stakeholders and understand the business needs
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining various recruitment platforms (including the use of social media; LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain best practice in line with current trends in the recruitment industry
Person Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment position
- Previous working knowledge of legislation related to HR
- Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines including the ability to plan and organise and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Relevant HR qualification will be an advantage but not a necessity
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Language:
- English (preferred)
