Description

A collection of 5* luxury properties seeks a dynamic reservationist for a to join their Central Reservations team based in Randpark.

Requirements
:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Reservations or other related lodge position at a 4- or 5-star lodge or 5-star luxury establishment.

Pref experience working for multiproperties Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional administration and organizational skills
Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
High level of telephone etiquette Able to work under pressure and can complete work timeously and accurately
Must be able to absorb large amounts of information as our properties are diverse Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Be fully computer literate and tech savvy Adhere to company procedures

Own transport is preferred. Must live within a 20km radius of office.
Be able to work standby on a roster basis (1 week in every 4)

Experience in working on PANStrat is advantageous
