Senior Finance Associate - East London, South Africa - The Perfect Placements
Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage up to 3 Finance Associates
- In charge of and manage KPIs: on time performance and overdue tasks of the team
- Responsible for all accounting tasks including: annual filings, balance sheet recons, etc.
- Ensure that data quality implemented by the Finance Associates is up to par
- Adhering to all SLAs with client delivery
- Review and improve new ways of working and automation(s) with clients in mind
- Delivering exceptional customer service alongside the Finance Manager
Experience:
3-4 years experience as a Senior Finance Associate
Salary:
R R40 000 per month
