Boutique Hotel close to Stellenbosch is looking for a Receptionist to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
The Receptionist responsibilities include registering guests, providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.Requirements:
- 2 years' experience of hotel reception work
- Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
- Good general level of education
- Significant experience of Opera
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
