Provide product and service information to customers.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using business tools and available customer data.
Address and resolve customer complaints.
Identify and escalate serious complaints to supervisors and management.
Requirements of this Post:
Grade 12.
Two years experience as Call center Agent.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Good telephonic manner.
