Job Description:
Derivco South Africa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Owner to be part of our dynamic team.
To lead teams and execute the service objectives.Aligns service strategy with portfolio objectives Responsible for vision, value realization of services Agrees, manages, revises Service Level Agreements (SLA's) as required.
Accountabilities:
Team Management
- Directly manages cross functional / functional teams and aligns with societies/ standards across the organization (Platform).
- Focuses and guides team in accomplishing Service objectives.
- Ensures that the team members are equipped with the requisite skill set required for both current and future services by developing a training and career development plan for each team member.
- Collaboratively works with team members to set performance goals and measures.
- Facilitates mentoring and coaching.
- Facilitates change management due to changing situational/organizational/market requirements.
- Manage relevant team budgets.
- Sets and achieves delivery and quality objectives.
- Strategically align service to greater organizational goals.
- Understand and align with benefits realization defined in your area of delivery.
- Proactive engagement with customer for continuous improvement of Service.
- Maintains appropriate service(s), product(s) and technical knowledge as well as general product group knowledge.
- Prioritization and planning of Service delivery, including implementation and management of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Establishes and reviews processes, procedures and efficiency objectives and ensures they are followed.
- Provide transparency and proactive communication on failure points within your Service.
- Consulting and advising on relevant Service area.
