Boltfast is a leading distributor of industrial fasteners.

We offer a fastener solution to industries throughout South Africa, including the following:


  • Civil/Construction/Building/Solar Installation
  • Mining/Engineering
  • Manufacturing
  • Resellers/Merchants
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Co-ordinator who will be responsible for:

  • Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Managing the accounts of existing customers through excellent relationships and a clear sense of goals and priorities

Key Performance Areas

- Research

  • Market and industry research and keeping abreast of current and new developments.

o Reporting on potential opportunities within new industries with the relevant platforms and tools requested

- Building of a business case

- Administration & Planning

  • Sales, volume, and industry growth

- Sales and profitability

- Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines and sales targets.

- High quality and successful record of achievement in sales, including strategizing, marketing, new business development etc.

  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

- Must be able to work independently and within a team.

- Ability to relate to people at all levels in an organization.

- Proven ability to get things done quickly, strong work ethic and ability to deliver within a pressurized environment.

- Must have excellent MS Office skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Minimum qualifications

  • A relevant degree or diploma in sales or commerce is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience in sales of fasteners and related products or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Clear criminal record
  • 23 years sales experience
  • Valid unendorsed driver's license

A market related remuneration package is offered which includes membership to a pension fund, life insurance and funeral cover.
