Description

Reservation Management:
Handle guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries, handling reservations, and assisting with special requests.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of reservations.

Up-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting hotel services to enhance the guest experience.

Database Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the reservation system, ensuring the integrity of guest information.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.

Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.

Experience:
Previous experience in a reservationist role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel operations.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus:
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
