Lead captivating nature walks, providing guests with insightful information about the flora and fauna of the region.Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during guided walks, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by sharing your passion for the wilderness and its inhabitants.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain the high standards of our wilderness lodge.
Assist with other lodge activities and guest services as needed, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Proven experience as a Trails Guide, preferably with Lead Trails certification (FGASA 2 preferred, but FGASA 1 will be considered).
Strong commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Flexibility to work a 6-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Physical fitness and stamina to lead walks in various terrains and weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and First Aid certification are preferred.
