A broad-based Information Communication Technology (ICT) Distribution Company is looking for the expertise of a Receptionist to join their team on a 2 month temp basis.


Duties:


  • Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted.
  • General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
  • Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
  • Reporting any problems to the office manager.
  • Make sure that the reception area is clean and clutter free
  • Operating a computer system and switchboard.
