Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a Head Concierge to lead and manage a dynamic team in a prestigious Cape Town luxury hotel.
As the Head Concierge, your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of top-tier guest services in a 5-star setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of 5* Hotel concierge experience.
- Supervisory or team leader experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Network of industry contacts.
- Highly presentable with excellent English communication skills.
- European language skills an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- embody the hotels values and service standards
- manage the Concierge Team to maintain impeccable guest service at all times
- assume duties of the Front Office Duty Manager when required
