Our Marketing Department is in seek of an entry level Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing daily activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and is always willing to learn.


Job will include (but not limited to):

  • Social Media updates
  • Product Photography
  • Product Listings
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on eCommerce websites/portals.
  • Work closely with different teams (management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across eCommerce platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Implementing and driving organizational processes
  • Updating and tracking the marketing promotions calendar
  • Manage Marketplace Uploads
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends, tools, and software updates, and provide suggestions for incorporating them into existing workflows.
  • Assist with marketing administration.
  • Adhoc duties

Experience:


  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 12 years' experience in Marketing or related field


  • Excellent writing skills

  • English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Thrives in a small team setting
  • Good sense of reasoning
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously and know how to keep yourself, and others around you, organized and focused on a plan
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tactics
