Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execute and perform activities of returns clerk
  • Coordinate returned inventory with warehouse and manager on inventory management system
  • Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the returns forms and documents.
  • Check and test products and submit report
  • Log disputes on Ecommerce system for products returned damaged by clients
  • Maintain and manage a database of all product returns and exchanges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.
  • Handle communication with clients online and offline, and keep company WhatsApp line active
  • Maintain relationship with clients on CRM, communicate new products and prices
  • Answer queries from potential customers on social media platforms & market places
  • Handle offline sales on daily basis
  • Adhoc duties

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Communications, Entrepreneurship, Business Management or a related field
  • 13 years' experience in customer service role or related field


  • Excellent writing skills

  • English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Thrives in a small team setting
  • Good sense of reasoning
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously and know how to keep yourself, and others around you, organized and focused on a plan
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
