KwaZulu Natal, Durban- R R 40000 Monthly Cost To Company
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- Ensure that software releases deployed into the production environment follow documented IT procedures.
- Work with supportteams to improve software deployment techniques and procedures.
- Escalate and manage incidents with software vendors if required.
- Update internal knowledge base and documentation.
- After hours standby andsupport based on rotating schedule.
Requirements:
- 5 years support experience in
Retail, Warehousing, Back-Office Systems / ERP environments.
Advance SQL knowledge and experience.
- Retail System experience.
- Committed to excellent customer service delivery.
- Selfmanaged.
- Excellent organising skills with the ability to work within pressurised environment.
