Key Performance Areas:
Support:
- Supporting the iStore Business customer base through our service channels
Pre-Sales
- Assist in pre sales engagements and problem solving
Relationships
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional product knowledge and dependancy
Skill Development
- Maintenance and improve on technical capability
Support Sales
- Increase service revenue through support opportunities and adhoc SLA time
Required Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant Tertiary IT qualification
Required Experience:
- 25 years Technical/Helpdesk Support
- 1st and 2nd line support and escalation
Key Competencies Required:
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Customer Service focus
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
