Description

Our client is looking for exceptional Hotel General Managers, to be based at various properties (JHB, Hazeyview, Southern KZN).

Minimum Requirements

A 4year university degree or relevant qualification
Minimum of 10 years' management experience in the service industry
A general high level knowledgeable in all aspects of the operational aspects of Hotel Management
Advanced Excel
An eye for detail and aim for quality
Commercial understanding of profitability
Flexible working hours
Drivers license and own car

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of the hotel
Develop and control operational budgets
Oversee procurement
Evaluate overall Hotel's performance by analysing data
Ensure compliance to SOP's
Ensure all staff are aware of performance indicators
Ensure all teams and departments are client centric
Performance reviews
Ensure the group remains abreast with the latest operational developments to remain competitive
Train and develop teams
Knowledge of all IR/Hr procedures
Lead by example, motivate staff
