We are looking for a Production, Quality and Food Safety Manager to join the Durban team of a well-known brand in the food industry


You will be:

  • Responsible for running and monitoring Food Safety and Quality in the Durban plant.
  • Monitor and maintain quality products.

Key Requirements:

  • 35 years Industry experience
  • BSc or BTech in Food Science/Technology or related degree
  • HACCP and FSSC 2200
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Internal Auditing
  • Food Safety Management courses
  • Ability and experience in coaching and mentoring team
