Administration Assistant - Somerset West, South Africa - Lotus HR & Recruitment
Description
Our client, a diverse and expanding manufacturing company, seeks to employ a professional, vibrant and well presented administrator, to assist the finance and procurement teams, at their plant in Somerset West.
This role is not a senior role and would require a junior administrator, with your own reliable vehicle/driver's license, bilingual in English and Afrikaans and resident in the Somerset West (Helderberg) area
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You will have gained experience with invoicing on Sage, coupled with excellent record keeping skills and ability to multi-task effectively under pressure.
- MS Office, with good Excel skills and 365 proficiency is essential
- You will have had previous working experience in a fast paced and multifaceted environment
- You must have a valid driver's license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
