DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

FULL TIME POSITION
8AM - 5PM

OFFICE BASED,


BALLITO

CTC:
R30, ,000 per month


OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

Supporting and implementing the companies digital marketing strategies


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Website Management:
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website content.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement changes and improvements.
  • Ensure website is performing optimally, all errors are cleared and dealt with and that copy remains up to date and relevant.
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling and visually appealing content.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
  • Link blogs to other blogs / websites to maximize SEO opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
  • Manage a small SEO budget to ensure Isibindi Africa Lodges keywords are targeted
  • Social Media Management:
  • Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent and cohesive social media presence.
  • Online Advertising:
  • Support the creation and management of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, YouTube Ad campaign).
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team as and when is needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Diploma or similar qualification in Digital Marketing
  • Three or more years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Good knowledge of SEO principles and best practices as well as all social media platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
