Description
We are looking for a FOH manager with Restaurant Experience.

  • Must have excellent people / customer skills and a good understanding of food and wine.
  • Must be proficient in food cost and bar stock and have a good understanding of labour law.
  • Mus be experienced in handling a large staff.
  • This is a large fast paced restaurant in season.
  • Must have at least 25 years experience in the industry in a similar position.
  • Salary is between R14 and R15 gross.
